Warm welcome from Nicole! Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation beyond the usual Airbnb standards: wipes everything, toilet paper, tissue, cleaning product Nicolas even took care to offer us a bottle of wine. I would recommend this property for a family!

Very nice accommodation with closed garden (table, chairs, umbrella), 3 comfortable bedrooms (wardrobe, comfortable bedding), kitchen with everything you need and open to the living room, bathroom with bathtub (hair dryer, iron + ironing table), many flyers of all the activities offered in the area.

Christophe was warm and hospitable, meeting us both and check-in and check-out, sharing tips and information about the region and giving a walkthrough of the place. We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub after long days out. I would certainly recommend it for travelers who are on the move during the day and looking for a quiet place to rest for the night.

pleasant stay, with 5 small children,everyone was delighted, terrain for footeux boys, outdoor table, everyone found their place,bedroom and bathrooms in number and spacious living room all perfect. Thanks to Christophe for advising us on the hike to discover the lay jump, wonderful landscape and the kids loved the picnic upstairs. We will keep a good memory of the Maison du Bastier

We are a group of 10 cyclists. We had an awesome stay in Briancon at Kate's place. Being situated in the old town is a fantastic location and the facilities in the house suited us very well. Everyone loved the house. Its old but full of character. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to the Alps. Thanks Kate.

Beautiful spacious apartment for 4 people, as described. At the foot of the slopes and all amenities. Amazing view of the mountains and quiet. Small downsides, it would have been nice to have some basic products at least for check-in such as (oil, vinegar, sopalin, a minimum of shower gel and garbage bag). Sheets too and pillowcase are not provided, which is an extra piece of luggage. But it didn't spoil our great stay. Thank you Gaëtan

Very nice apartment down the slopes and close to ski rentals. Beautiful interior design, plenty of storage and well laid out. 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub. Amazing experience.

Own small apartment in the middle of the mountains with great views and tranquility. The decor and furnishings are individual and practical. Karin takes care of everything that is needed. We felt very comfortable and had a nice time here.

We had a wonderful stay here - the flat is perfect for a couple looking to stay in Bardonecchia for a weeks skiing. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had lots of equipment for cooking which was really helpful. The bed was very comfy and the location is brilliant - just a 5-10 min walk to the slopes and shops / restaurants, and only 10 min walk from the train station. Massimo even picked us up from the station in his car to greet us and welcome us to the apartment, which was so lovely. Also great value for money compared to other options in Bardonecchia. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Annabel's place is very nice and comfortable, functionally furnished, perfectly equipped. Special mention for the quality of the bedroom bed (certainly in 140 but very comfortable mattress) and for the space in the living room (large convertible corner sofa). The views are beautiful and we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. Parking under the building on the ground floor is very convenient. Thank you Annabel for your responsiveness in communication, everything is simple and clear. We just really want to come back!!! Nb: The resort is a few kilometers above and there is a fee for parking. Prioritize the shuttle (Annabel has shown the hours).

The apartment was great! We were a family of 2 kids, 1 baby and 2 adults and we managed to fit the apartment just well. We had a very homy feeling, the building is very nice, the location is 5 minutes by car from every cable car, or around 15 minutes by foot from some of the cable cars. Communication was easy and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

Everything you need to feel at home, and the amenities are modern and quality. The host was very welcoming and available, which really made our arrival easier.
