Excelente ubicación en un sector tranquilo y atractivo.

Es una casa hermosa , cómoda , amplia todo muy lindo

El lugar es muy limpio, impecable como en las fotos, disfrute 4 días con mi familia, estuvimos muy cómodos, existe la posibilidad de contratar a Blanquita para cocinar y limpiar el lugar y la recomiendo al 100% valió la pena, cocina excelente y tiene una hermosa actitud, lo que sí vale la pena tomar en cuenta es que el valor del hospedaje depende de cuántas personas se hospedan si volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

Es una excelente propiedad para pasar vacaciones y olvidarte del ruido de la ciudad. Es muy cómoda para un grupo de ocho personas con un amplia cocina, espacios verdes y canchas múltiples donde se puede aprovechar haciendo deporte.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

ein modernes, neues Haus, ruhig, in einem gated Anlage mit tollem Ausblick gelegen. Zentrum von Sangolqui ist schnell erreichbar. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt viele Tipps. Ich komme gerne wieder

It was a great place to stay . You can find near by a big grocery store , pharmacies, restaurants, a coffee shop , ice cream shop and a great bakery . It’s a pretty safe gated community It was really easy to communicate with the host I recommend Maria Cristina’s place

To be honest this was probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Prior to my arrival Karen provided me with very clear instructions and she even made sure I got in safely which I appreciate a lot. (I arrived past midnight.) Not only was the place super cozy and located in very nice neighbourhood, but if you're a fan of interior design you will be blown away. The bathroom especially was amazing. Karen and her husband were super attentive, ready to give me local recommedations & even a ride to the amazing breakfast spot. They helped me with everything, I could even use a washing machine which was very helpful after my travels. Highely recommended if you're looking for a quite place in not so busy area. It requiers taxis to go up the hill (but they're cheap) and walking down the hill is full of amazing viewpoints. I ended up staying a little longer and would definitely stay again. <3 Thank you so much.

Todo excelente en la casa, es muy cómoda. Tiene una terraza con linda vista , ideal para entrenar. Está frente a un parque , perfecto si viajas con mascotas. y la zona es muy tranquila para salir a caminar. También la casa cuenta con un jardín posterior (no se ve en las fotos) Camas cómodas, amplio espacio de guardado, baños amplios y completos .

Hospedaje muy recomendado! Está en un ambiente y ubicación ideal para descansar y distraerse, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y además varias opciones de entretenimiento para compartir con familia y amigos! La comunicación con el host fue muy buena, siempre atento.

Se ve que todo en la casa está hecho con mucho cariño Es un espacio tranquilo para descansar y pasar en familia

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. We will love to come back and we want to have the same experience on such of jewel. We can not thank Jaime enough for an outstanding experience, his due diligence and respect. Best of Luck!

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Excelente ubicación, el lugar acogedor y cómodo.

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Muy bonito lugar para compartir con familia y con tus mascotas tienen el espacio para caminar, jugar y divertirse, el clima estuvo perfecto, la cocina muy espaciosa, el área de parrilla perfecta para compartir y almorzar al aire libre, si no quieres pasar afuera tienes la sala espaciosa para descansar en el sofa y ver una peli, igual puedes destinar el tiempo para un buen voley Diego te brinda muchas facilidades para que la estadía sea perfecta.
