The studios are located on the first, second and third floor of the building and offer 27 square meters. The bedrooms have a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress. Each suite has a has a desk, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with table and chairs for relaxation outside, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Gut Mischenried verbindet die Ruhe und Gelassenheit vom Land mit der Nähe zur Stadt. Es liegt zwischen Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Via Autobahn oder S-Bahn sind sie in 30 Minuten im Zentrum Münchens. Fast alle Möbel wurden in unserer Schreinerei selbst geschreinert oder repariert. Alle Ferienwohnungen sind barrierefrei und weitestgehend für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Im Umland gibt es zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, die Sie Ihren Aufenthalt im 5-Seen-Land spannend gestalten lassen.

Budgetappartement ideal für Alleinreisende

Die Unterkunft liegt im schönen Stadtteil Obermenzing-Pasing und ist perfekt an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz sowie an die Autobahn A8 und Schnellstraßen angebunden. Direkt am Nymphenburger Schlosspark gelegen, ermöglicht es den Gästen auch zu Fuß erholsame Freizeitstunden zu verbringen. Zum Shopping sind die Pasing Arcaden sowie die Innenstadt schnell per Bus, Tram oder S-Bahn zu erreichen. Auch am Oktoberfest oder in der Allianz Arena ist man öffentlich oder mit dem Auto sehr schnell.

‘All inclusive’ studio with own entrance 👍 21m2 with balcony, free parking outside and quick internet. Also a good place for home office! Beautiful bathroom (with window) and washing machine, a kitchenette for 'small' cooking and a Nespresso machine😊 This studio is centrally to reach as well as shops, restaurants, bakery and Munich (Marienplatz 20 minutes by S-Bahn).
