‘All inclusive’ studio with own entrance 👍 21m2 with balcony, free parking inside and quick internet. Also a good place for home office! Beautiful bathroom, washing machine, a kitchenette for 'small' cooking and a Nespresso machine😊 This studio is centrally to reach as well as shops, restaurants, bakery and Munich (Marienplatz 25 minutes by S-Bahn). It is not only a stylish temporary home, but also an inspiring workplace with ideal connections to the trade fair, city center, museums and the Olympic Park. Vacation home "Lärche" at Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.
