‘All inclusive’ studio with own entrance 👍 21m2 with balcony, free parking inside and quick internet. Also a good place for home office! Beautiful bathroom, washing machine, a kitchenette for 'small' cooking and a Nespresso machine😊 This studio is centrally to reach as well as shops, restaurants, bakery and Munich (Marienplatz 20 minutes by S-Bahn). Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

A well-designed studio features a comfortable bed with plush linens, complemented by a stylish sofa and armchair. A coffee table sits in front of the seating area, and colorful wall art adds a vibrant touch. Natural light enters through large windows, enhancing the space.

Matador Lodges vacation home

Our special Matador Lodges are located near Lake Chiemsee. In addition to four exclusive apartments in the villa, the lodge offers four individually furnished tiny houses as well as a spa cube with sauna in the surrounding 7,000 square meter grounds. From the pond and garden house to the tree house at a height of five meters, all tiny houses are grouped around the natural pond in the park and the main house.
