A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
