Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
