The ideal holiday for time travellers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first holiday homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow-paced and cheerful, and here you can find the time for all the things that are important to you. A natural beach. The beach is outside my private property (below the wall) When you look out of the window, you can see across the park to the lake. If you're looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

Since 2025, the terrace has been covered, so you can enjoy breakfast outdoors even in bad weather.

The accommodation is simple. The house is quiet. The location is great. The bathroom is to be used with others, as is the toilet. An ancient staircase. The pictures of the room are not necessarily the pictures that correspond to the room. The garden seat can be shared, as can the kitchen. The entrance is not at the purple door, there you are wrong, but where a showcase and a sign can be seen.
