The very modern and spacious 2-room apartment (70 m²) is located in Fischbach - a suburb of Friedrichshafen - within walking distance of Lake Constance. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook comfortably, in the house there is a large EDEKA. The apartment is on request both child-friendly and disabled friendly. On request can be washed, ironing board etc. are available. The newly built apartment offers an underground parking space and bicycle storage.

Very quiet location terrace from which the sunset can be observed. Contact with animals possible. At the moment, we have donkeys, sheep and cats. Lots of excursions in the area. Very nice bike and hiking routes directly from the house. Lake Constance is just 15 km away. Short drive for trips to the mountains and Lake Constance. Lots of hiking and mountain biking opportunities right from the property. Guided mountain bike tours can also be offered upon request.

The large, partially covered terrace opens up to a spectacular view over the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. In addition, the accommodation offers a good starting point for hikes or excursions. In just a few minutes you can reach the city of Bregenz and Lake Constance by public transport.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
