Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The newly renovated, centrally located parquet apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the old town of Constance, Lake Constance and the surrounding area. Located directly on the pedestrian zone, the apartment on the first floor invites you to enjoy the old town flair from your own accommodation with style, especially with its friendly, spacious parquet room.

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area.
