The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Unser Bungalow ist 57m² groß und verfügt über 2 DZ, einem Bad und einer Wohnküche. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.

In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
