The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Located in the old Bergericht, renovated, above the city of Schwaz, under Freundsberg Castle, right next to the Lahnbach. Quiet surroundings, 3 minutes by car to the city center. Apartment with private staircase access via the in-house barn, attention original, but very steep! The bathroom is very small due to the sloping roof, but nice.

Whether you are hiking, mountain biking or skiing, driving to the next town to Schwaz 9 km, or to Innsbruck about 20 km, to the Zillertal about 30 km, to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds to Wattens 7.5 km, or just relaxing, our house is located in the center of Weerberg, so everyone gets their money's worth. A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.

Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

In Hart auf der Sonnenseite des schönen Zillertals liegt unsere geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtete 4-Zimmerwohnung. Diese hat ca.80m² und liegt im zweiten Stock. Eingeteilt in 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett, 1 Bad mit Toilette und Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit großzügigem Balkon und herrlichen Ausblick auf das Zillertal(Flachbildschirm vorhanden), geräumige Küche(4Kochplatten,Backofen,Geschirrspüler,Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkomibnation und Kapselkaffemaschine.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Apartment Heuboden

A special apartment is our "Heuboden Apartment with a view of the hayloft from Wiglhof". It is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 1-2 people on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a 1.60 m large ZIRMBETT for restful sleep. A generous kitchen-living area with an electric stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, with a cozy seating area and satellite TV.
