The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
