Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the mountains of Visconde Mauá, a place of pure nature, overlooking the mountains and Pedra Selada. Complete compact kitchen, minibar and all the necessary utensils for your stay. You can relax in the hot tub, on a queen size bed and in an air-conditioned environment. Holds up to 1 child. In the locality we have a restaurant, pizzeria and a bistro to savor the local cuisine, in addition to the Waterfall that is very close to the Chalet.

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Mirante do Vale Cottage - Serra da Mantiqueira

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

Pedra Selada Chalet 5

We are in front of Pedra Selada. All access via asphalt, seven kilometers away from the Visconde de Mauá Village. The house has gas-heated water, hydro, a fireplace, smart TV, private barbecue and a full kitchen. The property has 5 independent cottages, designed and arranged to ensure everyone's privacy. We have a common area with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and billiards that can be used exclusively by appointment made on site.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road).
