Holiday rentals with a patio in Resende

The place is local and wonderful! Everything was very clean, wonderful pool. Mr. Carlos and his wife are great people. I will come back more often for sure.

The apartment is exactly like in the listing, we host for 1 month. All worked right, the condominium is ok, no noise. The communication with the Janai was great, he was always available to assist us.

Quite functional apartment, very close to AMAN, shoping patio mix, Resende bus station and about 20 minutes from Penedo. For those with mobility problems, the flat is on the ground floor and you park the car right near the entrance. There is a market, a bakery, the Resende bus station and a Mac donalds very close by, which can be reached on foot. Any other activity should use the car or bus.

Great accommodation. Very close to restaurants and local tourism. Extra point for bed and bath linens. It's all very clean and smelling. The place also perfumed. When it enters exhales peace. Would recommend.

I was in the space of Mr. Carlos on Easter Holiday from 04/18 to 04/21 to get to know Penedo and the Itatiaia region and I was delighted by everything !! Mr. Carlos always responding promptly with tips and suggestions that met me perfectly. In addition to the many restaurants and chocolaterias in the city, I was able to enjoy a good rest that Mr. Carlos's Space offered, being a cozy suite with a fully equipped pool (lounge chair, shower, sun guard, etc.), views of the mountains, abundant presence of fauna and flora (nature and animals). The silence of this place marked me a lot because I remembered a lot from my childhood where it was quite common to hear the singing of birds. Thank you very much Mr. Carlos and his Wife for the great affection and hospitality they have provided me, I have no doubt that I will return soon.

First of all, the house is amazing! It exceeds expectations! Everything is very clean and organized! Very, very comfortable! Both the sauna and the hydro bath are excellent! The house's environments are very tasteful! There are also good restaurants around! Beautiful waterfalls near the condo! The people of the village of Serrinha are very welcoming! After 6 days in the house, I left rested, invigorated and very happy! I didn't want to leave! I wish I could have stayed more days there! I thank Paulo for everything! Gratitude!

The stay at the residence was fantastic. Everything clean and wonderful, as in the description. Rosângela was very kind and helped us in everything we need, in a very agile way.

We live amazing and happy days on the farm. Dona Inês is the most considerate host we've ever had in all our stays. Her husband Zecão very attentive, always talking to everyone. About the place, it's fantastic, amazing. A place of peace, tranquility, amazing views, a natural pool of water that made everyone's joy. Full barbecue area, wood stove and pizza oven. Freezer, sink, all complete. Words are missing to describe the peace of this place. We love, love and love. We'll be back soon for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! From the beginning, everything went perfectly — the house is exactly like the ad photos: charming, well cared for, clean and super cozy. The surrounding countryside is quiet and charming, perfect for those looking for days of rest in the midst of nature. A special highlight goes to the host, which was simply impeccable. Always attentive and available, it has served us promptly at all the times we need, with sympathy and efficiency. We felt we were really being well taken care of. They were excellent days, very quiet and comfortable. We left with a light heart and already wanting to return. We recommend with eyes closed!

Our stay was great. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and easily located. The land has a huge lawn, good for kids to run around. All very clean and organized. Tom and Fatima are excellent hosts, very attentive.

It exceeded expectations! Dona Luciana was completely receptive and a lot of requests from the moment we entered until the moment of departure, a completely kind and polite person, leaving me and my wife always at ease. It would definitely come back!

A flawless weekend... there is no more appropriate adjective. Cozy place, super private and with stunning views. perfect accommodations and with all the necessary infrastructure for the environment, making it perfect in every aspect. It is worth mentioning the cordiality and helpfulness of the hosts at home, the attention to detail and the unique courtesy of this couple - people of fine treatment and undeniable empathy. Anyway, everything was perfect!

It was a delight in the days we spent in the bird house! All wonderful!! The house is super cozy. We'll be back!
