A cozy mountain cottage, ideal for reuniting the family, enjoying nature and creating unforgettable memories. You can visit the garden and oven of replacement seedlings of the Site. You can bring pets, as the house's aerea has a huge fenced area that pets love. It is possible to make trails through the Sítio go to the top of the hill where it has a 360° view, and use kayak, stand up and inflatable mattress in the Dam. We have another house in the same family space.

O Chalé Bougainville encontra-se na Alameda Gastronômica da Vila de Maringá em Visconde. Localizado em condomínio com portões fechados o Chalé possui uma grande privacidade e silêncio mesmo estando a menos de 150m de restaurantes e bares da região. O espaço conta com uma ampla sala de estar integrada com uma cozinha totalmente equipada. Nos andares superiores o Chalé possui uma suíte principal com Jacuzzi e lareira, uma suíte, um quarto e um banheiro.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
