Cozy, modern, newly renovated apartment in a quiet location, right in the center, 10 km from Bonn, 3 km from Siegburg and 25 km from Cologne. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house, with stairs to the separate entrance in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is 35 square meters with a spacious terrace, underfloor heating, high-quality furniture from Lambert to Ligne Roset and a premium box-spring bed.

This stylishly renovated 1-room apartment offers a bright, quiet atmosphere with a 2.7 m ceiling height and a large skylight with a view of the sky. Comfortable underfloor heating, a modern rain shower, air conditioning, 255 Mbit WiFi and a 50" HDTV with Fire TV ensure a relaxing living experience. Also ideal for longer stays with a workplace, washing machine and dryer. The private garden/balcony invites you to relax near Cologne Messe, Phantasialand and RheinEnergieStadion.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Balm for the soul - view of the countryside - pure relaxation. Both on business trips and on vacation, our fine, well-equipped apartment offers pleasant comfort in the wine and cultural city of Unkel am Rhein. Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.

Welcome to my cozy attic apartment! Immerse yourself in the charm of the oldest house in Plittersdorf. Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. Nevertheless, be well connected: In just 15 minutes by bus to Bonn main station Culinary travel: There is a small and delicious French restaurant right in the house. I look forward to meeting you!

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
