Centrical, quiet, a lot of light! Ugly from outside, nice and cozy from inside! 😄 We live here ourselves, next door. Grand piano, Tempur beds (1,80), elevator, big balcony w morning sun. Walking distance: city center, Rhine, chocolate museum, cathedral: 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants etc.: 10-15 minutes. Köln Messe: 3 stops subway, 15 min. Attention: Price plus 5% "culture tax", charged by the city of Cologne! Only non smokers, please. ❤️

The kitchen and the terrace face south to the traditional Ostermannplatz, where the Cologne flair is alive all year round.
