Apartment Hans - Vacation apartment with charm

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Our 2-room apartment incl. Sun terrace awaits guests who want to spend their holidays in Garmisch with great attention to detail and modern furnishings. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room is suitable for one adult or two children. A baby cot and high chair are available for the little guests if required. There is a parking space for your vehicle directly in front of the house. Directly opposite is a ski rental in winter and an eBike rental in summer.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
