The location is fantastic, quiet, approx. 20 minutes' walk or 4 minutes' drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of the ride to the villa is to be cleared of possible snow in winter (clearing service). The villa is ideal for a break even for 2 families.

Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
