One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Lovely flat surrounded by greenery, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath/shower (no bidet), living room, fully equipped kitchen. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Oi is located in Barbiano/Barbian. The 62 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Ebenerdig befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, im 2. Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz und ein geräumiges Bad mit Regendusche, WC und Bidet. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Wiese.
