Completely updated duplex! I put all my time, energy, and money to make this property perfect for my guests. I am a lifelong carpenter so I take pride in my work. I have painted every surface.(walls and ceilings) New appliances, sinks, curtains, trim, lighting and cabinets. There are many restaurants within blocks and a Walgreens a block away.
