Beachfront holiday rentals in Rome

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

Excellent alternative to rest before flying, Manuel and Francesca's house was ideal for us, a comfortable place with everything to have a good time. They were very friendly, they were attentive to what we could need. We recommend it without hesitation!

Francesca's apartment is in a great location. The balcony is amazing, you can look at the sea. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Francesca went smoothly. Thank you, we had a nice time.

Stefano’s place is well decorated and cheerful and has all of the amenities that anyone could want. There is a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of sea. It is walking distance to the train to Rome (about a 30 minute train ride to all of the sites in Rome). There are several grocery stores in walking distance to Stafano’s place. Highly recommend! I will say this stay was memorable from recommending places to eat and showing us around, and also help us in a pinch when we needed help great host on the property will definitely recommend and stay again!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

The house is in an excellent location making for easy drives to Bracciano and Trevignano Romano, both filled with restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pizza oven made cooking a variety of foods quite easy. The view is positively beautiful. Vincenzo and his father are highly welcoming hosts and clearly love and take care of their property.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

This place is amazing! Orietta is a very very sweet lady! She is very responsive! The house looked exactly like the photos-even better to be honest. The photos don’t do the house justice (; it’s a large space and feels like a 5 star resort. Not to mention there were 3 bikes included which made the experience amazing! About a 5 minute bike ride to some lovely cafes, 10 minutes to Conad grocery store and a 15 minute drive to Fuimicino. I highly recommend going for a late night bike ride! Everything about Oriettas home was perfect. This place will not disappoint you! My family and I shed tears leaving haha! Thank you so much Orietta we will for sure be back!

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

Gaia was a remarkable host, super responsive and helpful with everything on the check in and was so lovely to chat with i can't wait to come back this is one of my favorite units to date!

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Beautiful home, walkable to the beach, there were two of us so we had our own rooms and bathrooms , great kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you for being a great host !!

She was very kind and let us leave our luggage in there while they cleaned it after the people before us (because we were so early from when our flight came in). Very kind and helpful with anything we needed!
