Das City Prüm liegt sehr zentral und 5 Gehminuten von der City entfernt. Sie können direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Da sich die Wohnung und die Terrasse an der Rückseite befindet, ist die Lage ruhig. Es läuft ca 50 m entfernt der kleine Fluss ” Prüm “ vorbei. Ein Rad und Wanderweg befindet sich unmittelbar gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Von hier sind tolle Wanderungen und Radtouren möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
