A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

King-sized bed, fully updated bathroom. 1st floor unit has outdoor seating for two -- perfect for enjoying the view of Carillon Lake. The condo is within a short 8-minute walk to private beach access. The property offers 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, & basketball court. Note: Loungers available April-Oct.
