No. 1/Southern outskirts with good connections

The small, charming accommodation is located directly on the nature reserve in a prime residential area on the southern outskirts of Hamburg. Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? Please let us know and we will try to help where we can... The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. The quiet forest edge location on the nature reserve, the proximity to Harburg City Park, Haake and the Harburg Mountains invites you to take long walks or bike tours. Despite this quiet location, you can get to downtown Hamburg, the trendy districts, the Reeperbahn and the musical theaters very quickly. 550 meters away is a kiosk with fresh bakery rolls, 800 meters away is a shopping mall with an excellent bakery (Bäcker Becker), Edeka, Penny, pharmacy, bank (Hamburger Sparkasse), drugstore, fishmonger, hairdresser, stationery store and optician. We are renting a 95 square meter spacious and quiet apartment in the countryside, in close proximity to Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath. In the immediate vicinity are the museum village "Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg" and the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge." In the village there is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. Designated hiking and riding trails as well as bike paths start right outside the front door. Both Hamburg city center and Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath can be reached in 30 minutes.

My place is 25 minutes by car south of HH Mitte, bus stop approx. 300 meters, train station 7 km (Sprötze). Outdoor swimming pool 3 km away. Toilet and shower are approx. 40 meters. Firewood, linens and towels included; kettle and 220 V available. - Unfortunately, dogs are only allowed to sleep UNDER or IN FRONT of the car! - The car is parked on the meadow on the edge of a versatile organic farm. 496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Small but nice! Those who love nature and tranquility will feel very comfortable here in Hamburg Neugraben! The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Netflix included. :) And for those who love the hustle and bustle: Hamburg city center is not far away. Half an hour and you're in the middle of the action. For up to 2 people. The check-in time can also be earlier if necessary and by arrangement.

Bullerbü south of Hamburg

Cozy, and lovingly furnished attic apartment, with private entrance, in a house built at the end of 2020, in Scandinavian style. The apartment has a great balcony, overlooking spacious pastures, which are inhabited by sheep from March to October. Our private home is also located on the property, so a contact person is usually always directly on site!
