Holiday rentals with a balcony in Royan

Apartment at the top! A very quiet peaceful residence. The apartment is super well location with the sea not very far away and a great walk behind the residence. The Top pool We visited Vaux Sur mer / Royan / Palmyra and the other small towns around frankly rather friendly cities with beautiful landscape and beautiful beaches that was not very far from the accommodation. I recommend this cute little peaceful apartment ☺️

The location is great, close to the sea, walking paths, and many shops (what a pleasure to have ice cream parlors, bakeries, takeaway pizzas and small shops right next door!). Parking is free and without time limit, which is a real plus (in April it was very easy to find a spot). The apartment is as described: well equipped, spacious enough for 3 adults. The many doors can just sometimes feel like there's a loss of space. The residence was extremely quiet at this time, and the balcony was super nice to admire the sky tinged with the colors of the sunset - we even had a nice rainbow! The employees of the agency are adorable and pleasant, we had a great welcome:) Only small downside: the visible marks in the bathtub, although it was clean.

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Small regret Not understood that there is no bedroom downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had asked by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.

Stunning house, very close to beaches, a bakery, etc. The only concern was the house's decor, which featured potentially offensive colonial images - but otherwise a beautiful place to spend a holiday and great value for money.
