Apartment with 2 terraces in Royan in a 1900 villa. Pontaillac beach with its casino and shops is 550 m away and Pigeonnier beach is 500 m away. Everything is within walking distance, the central market of Royan and the city center is a 15-minute walk away. There is a supermarket 800 m away and a parking space is reserved for you at the foot of the building. In a beautiful period villa, you can enjoy the sunsets with its large west-facing terrace.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 200 m from the beach, the spacious apartment has a terrace of 50 m2 with views of a very sunny garden and not overlooked. Parking in the basement.
