Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The nice house

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

Air-conditioned studio by the river - shared swimming pool

Independent air-conditioned studio of 30 m² in a 4,000 m² park by the river. Direct access to the river from the garden. Swimming pool shared with us (access from 10 am to 6 pm) open from mid-June to mid-September. 10 minutes from the centre of Angoulême. A little corner of paradise: an oasis in the heart of the city and just an hour away from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.

36 m2 annex adjoining a large Charentais house. Bathroom with private shower, toilet, no kitchen but microwave and fridge. Large garden with pool. Private indoor parking (vehicles, bicycles, motorbikes). Shelter for 2-wheelers. Breakfast available at €7.50 per person. Meal option: €17.50/person. Please notify us the day before.
