Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ruhr

Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!

This place is absolutely magical! Every corner is filled with beautiful art. A truly inspiring space that made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates creativity and a unique atmosphere!

A very nice, large house where many people have space. We were invited close to the wedding, it was a perfect fit for our needs. The terrace is cozy, the dining table huge, so with 9 people we adapted more than well. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We highly recommend the house.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

We love the house! They provided more than what was needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean and beautiful. It would have been more enjoyable if we had come on a warm day, so we could’ve hung out on the balcony while having a BBQ. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The space is highly recommended. The nearest stop was only a five minute walk away, and the drive to downtown took about 15 to 20 minutes. For visits to the Lanxess Arena, the location was ideal as it was very close. The amenities left nothing to be desired – towels, dishes, a hair dryer and much more were provided. In addition, the apartment was modern and very comfortably furnished. Would stay again anytime.

Betty and Armin were just super great hosts. Always on hand if you had a question or request and just super sweet. The apartment was really sparkling clean. We were there with two dogs and had a totally beautiful time, the surroundings are beautiful and we would have preferred to stay longer. We would have liked to have packed the cozy bed with the XXL duvets and took them with us, pure relaxation:-)

The stay is Bibis and Maltes cabin was great! Check-in was super nice and everything worked smoothly. From the cottage, you can look out into the countryside and have plenty of sun from the early afternoon to the sunset. The sauna is really a highlight and warms you up well when it gets colder in the evening or after a cold shower outside ;) Also the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a break in the countryside, this is the place to be.

We had a great, relaxing time and would be happy to come back! :-) It is very cozy in the cabin and we immediately felt comfortable, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room temperature can be adjusted via a remote control. The garden sauna is also used by other guests on the property, but the arrangements in this regard were no problem. 5 minutes walk from the property is the beer garden/restaurant "Haumann - Beautiful views". Various shopping facilities are also within 5 minutes by car.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, surrounded by trees and hearing birdsong. Everything was clean and comfortable and was spacious enough for two people. Stephan was really friendly and gave us some nice local recommendations. One downside was the steep ladder-stairs to get to the bedroom; we knew about that in advance but the wooden bar at the top was not great . If you’re tall, it’s not so comfortable. We did some nice walks in the area, and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sun

I am thrilled. Arrival was great and I was immediately warmly welcomed. Both are super sweet and the location really nice. I had a lot of time to write in peace and could always contact Thomas and his wife. There was even a folder where all the important information and shops were listed nearby - with about the duration of the footpath. Just great! Always happy to come back.

We as a family of four enjoyed our stay (four nights) in this cozy cottage and had a wonderful break there. We found the house in a very clean condition. Everything we needed was there. Also toys for the children, who were also able to let off steam in the garden. The location near Niedersfeld was a very good starting point for various excursions (Hillebachsee, Golden Path, canyon and bridge path, Sauerländer visitor mine). If we spend another getaway in the area, we'd love to come back to this house.
