The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a detached holiday home of approx. 60 sqm for 2 people, directly by the forest.
