Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
