The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Through a separate entrance and a private staircase, you have the greatest possible privacy. I leave the key so that a flexible check-in is possible. Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
