The house offers modern comfort with rustic charm, including a billiard room, bar and fitness room. With 6 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to its elevated location, snow is almost guaranteed in winter, and there is no extreme heat in summer.

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.

Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
