You will stay in the middle of the countryside. From the property you can start a nice hike directly to the local mountain of the "Kampenwand" or You can simply enjoy Lake Chiemsee, which you can reach in 10 minutes (by car) or 15 minutes (by bike). From there you can take the ferry to the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) & Herreninsel (Men's Island). For romantics & horse lovers we offer carriage rides. Parties are not allowed with us as we live in the same house. We are looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

The apartment has a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen, a beautiful bedroom overlooking the mountains and a bright, spacious bathroom with tub. The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

Light & space with a loft-like feel

Open, inviting & visually separated. The large light-flooded living and sleeping area invites you to linger. In the living area there are two couches that can be converted into sofa beds at any time. Thus, there are FOUR sleeping places. The large balcony with loungers and parasol offers a magnificent alpine panorama over the rooftops of Grassau to the Hochplatte.

The house on Salinenweg is located in the middle of the center of Grassau in a totally quiet location in the middle of an old overgrown garden. This is available to the tenants. The house is a listed building and has been completely renovated.
