Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.
