This 44m² apartment is situated in the heart of Innsbruck and supplies all basic needs incl. guest tablet. It lies on the second floor and is freshly renovated. Many main attractions (the old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, bars and restaurants) are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. No need for a car but parking garage under the house max 15€/24h

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.
