Just Perfect! We are so satisfied with everything! Rita and her family are amazing hosts, we were in touch with them and they were available all the time. The location is just Wow, next to lots of italian restaurants and bars in the wonderful Trastevere. They welcomed us with Prosecco! Breakfast included, everything was super great. Coming again definitely . Don’t anyone think, just BOOK this apartment 😉

The owner-hosts Rita and Fabio are **supremely** caring and solicitous hosts, ready to assist as one needs. This place is small, very well-equipped, and a most clean space with both good natural light and heating (if you need when there). The kitchen area is functional as well. They left me wine, a bottle of bubbly, copious breakfast items, coffee, tea, so on, which I hadn’t anticipated. It felt like a bed and breakfast in this regard. The apartment is in a very central location, walkable to all the heavy-weight historic sites. Singularly wonderful experience!

The location is very good. It's closed to the Rome Termini and spots. The house is fully furnished and equipped, which you can cook and make coffee for yourselves. The house is on the third floor and there is no elevator, is not convenient for people who have heavy luggage.

Beautiful listing in an idyllic location just steps from Campo di Fiori and the Jewish quarter! We walked to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, forum and Coliseum and the place itself was full of incredible character. Andriana was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and in helping us with a car on New Year's Day -- I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Rome for a short weekend or long week.

Stunning architecture, tall shuttered windows and a very comfy bed are just a few of the special features of this lovely apartment. The location was perfect, close to some of our favorite restaurants, transportation and the charming Campo dei Fiori. Adriana made us feel welcomed and was available to answer questions. She also arranged transportation from the airport which was much appreciated.

Steps from restaurants, bars, boutiques, and public transport and within ~25 minutes walk of just about every major historic site and attraction in Rome. A fabulous stay with a gracious hostess and comfortable accommodations! It was a beautiful space with comfortable bed and bath facilities. Coffee pot and microwave and breakfast treats and sparkling wine and water as a welcome gift. Location is exceptional and we walked to Vatican, colosseum, train station and other places of interest. Shopping and market nearby in the Plaza. And don’t hesitate to use the services of her driver for pickup and drop off to airport. We will be back and highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of most major tourist sites. Too many to count eateries are also close by. Adriana met us early and stored our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. She was full of helpful suggestions, and was willing to schedule cabs or do most anything to make our stay worry free. We had a wonderful stay in Andriana’s cosy, classic apartment. Andriana was very helpful and friendly and even took us to her favourite coffee shop for an espresso and croissants. The neighbourhood is great with many good restaurants within a short stroll and we walked to all the sights of central Rome. We’d definitely go back!

we stayed here at this lovely apt at end of October and it was a perfect location as we could walk everywhere, the apt is beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt like we got a true Italian experience and our host Adriana was most helpful. Adriana also arranged for private taxi to collect us from and to Airport which was ideal as we didn't have to worry about finding our way to centre of Rome. The apt is in walking distance of lots of tourist attractions and has wonderful side streets with shops, cafes etc. We had a fantastic time in Rome and we look forward to going back sometime soon and will definitely stay in same wonderful apt. highly recommended.

Andriana and her apt are truly the best of Rome! Both are a true gem. Andriana’s apt is absolutely stunning. The apt is in a gorgeous Palazzo and the apt is beautifully decorated with frescos and old world charm but has all the conveniences of home. Andriana definitely has a talent for decorating. The apt is decorated so beautifully, immaculate, and the location is perfect. Best location when staying in Rome. We did not want to leave. I have stayed in Rome many times but this was the best experience we ever had. Better than any 5 star hotel in Rome. It was perfect. In the apt there is all the information you need. However, Andriana is a super host and was always available to you if you needed her. She was fabulous! Andriana really cares about her guests and it shows. Her apt makes you feel at home with her own personal touches added to enjoy her apt. Fantastic experience in a gorgeous apt with a fabulous host. I cannot compliment Andriana and her apt enough! We loved it and cannot wait to go back.

This was a great stay! Lucia was incredibly helpful, and very quick in her responses. She left a bottle of wine for us, and great recommendations for places to eat. It’s perfect distance for walking to some of the sites, and easy to get to bus & metro if you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed our time at this place immensely!

This apartment is in a great location. It is cozy inside and tastefully decorated. Lucia was very easy to contact and gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Lucia was quick to respond and communicated all that we needed to know. The place itself was easy to reach from Roma termini and matched the description. It’s a rustic apartment and one should expect quaint quirks rather than modern luxury. In these terms the place was lovely and a great launch pad for experiencing the classic beauty of Rome.

We loved Rita’s place. There are many extra touches. Umbrellas, charging adaptors, and so many fun snacks. The bed was SO comfortable and the windows keep out all street noise. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a stunning Airbnb. First, excellent, stylish, Roman apartment. We couldn’t ask for something more authentic. Clean, tidy, and very thoughtful full of snacks and treats, books and information, and all the supplies you need Second, location is perfect - so close to all the best restaurants and in the heart of the city - in a side alley that is quiet, even on a Friday night and the weekend when we stayed. Third, excellent service. Quick responses from Rita, thoughtfulness, just an excellent host. This is the perfect place to get an authentic, well located Roman experience. We also recommend you get a ride from Rita’s friend Norita, her husband or Rita’s son, it was an excellent, value for money service! Highly recommended! Thank you Rita!

The place is amazing. Rita and her family are very nice and kind guests. Everything was carefully thought about decoration and little things to make our stay better. They make sure that you will find everything you need during your staying. The appartment has two rooms and it is a large and comfortable space for a couple. This was the best Airbnb that I have ever been. The location is great, it is not further than 20 min walking from Colosseum and Vatican. The place is really clean. The weakest point is about the wifi, but it doesnt means that it is a problem, It is just a detail and is more than compensated by the place. Only five stars is not enough for them. I will be back for sure.

Great location with a metro staying just a couple of minute walk away. Apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. As it is. Situated on the fourth floor, the elevator was fantastic for my sixty year old mother - it’s really cute and she actually found it a treat to ride in rather than struggling to get up stairs. The rooms were nice and airy, the beds were hard but still comfortable so we slept well. It could be a bit noisy in the mid-mornings as it is adjacent to a main road (general traffic noises, sirens and people shouting at night/in the morning) but nothing ear plugs won’t fix if you are planning to lie in. Check in was easy and Claudio’s colleague was very helpful. Claudio was also quick to respond to messages which was greats. Lovely little place that I would recommend.

The host was very friendly, as we needed to travel from Rome to Sicily and back again, allowing us to store our luggage temporarily in the apartment. Also helped us to call a taxi to take us to the airport. There is a big supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping.

First the location is perfect, we could walk from the Roma Termini station in less than 10 minutes, everything is super close, the place is very clean and beautiful, Tersia is an amazing person. She kept our bags before and after check in, amazing experience.

Patrizio is a great host, always ready to answer your questions in a timely way. The house is a good mix of smart use of the space and functionality. The accommodation price is quite worthy. The kitchen is fully equipped and Last but not least you have full and free use of coffee powder and tea and so on. I felt home and had good sleep during the night.

We had a phenomenal night in Rome! The driver he Setup was there waiting when we got off the plane, then Giuseppe met us at checkin. He gave us a map and helped us navigate all the spots we wanted to see since we only had one night. He also showed us a great local pizza spot. Would highly recommend him.

The accommodation is very well located next to the Piazza di Fiume, where you can find cafes, supermarkets, pizzerias. The neighborhood is quiet, with very good communication through a multitude of buses, or if you prefer taking a 30-minute walk. The Communication with David was perfect, we were able to leave our bags before, and we could also leave them on the last day. Everything was easy on the part of the host, highlighting that he speaks Spanish, is very nice and polite. Our stay at the accommodation was perfect, we had no problem. The house was very clean, our room too, and we could see how David cleaned the rooms of the house thoroughly every day. I will definitely repeat!

Nice apartment. Convenient location. There are all amenities. Cleaning of bathrooms and common areas, daily. Rooms, by arrangement. Hot water is available around the clock. Heating is independent. The landlord assists with any issues, provides advice, always in touch.

Apartment with modern design and private area outside. Best location to explore Rome. Host gave us clear and understandable instructions to self-checkin. Kitchen is fully equipped. If you want to rest before sleep, you can use TV with Netflix account. All aspects of living here was perfect :) One of the best Airbnb experiences for me. Definitely recommend!

Emanuela is a wonderful host! Her apartment is the cutest apartment I’ve ever stayed in! So chic and stylish! Walking distance to every attaching- close to bus stops if you don’t want to walk. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you will need!

My husband and I just loved this space. It was easy to make it home away from home. Very stylish for the cost and extremely easy to get to everywhere we wanted to get to by foot: coliseum, pantheon, train station, and even Vatican City was walkable (and the walk was beautiful-highly recommend!!). We were only there for 2 days but since everything was so close we fit so much in! There is amazing food and drinks close by, and Emanuela recommends her favorite spots with your reservation, making it easy! We definitely recommend going to the places she recommends! They are cozy, local, close, and delicious! Loved it here, and would stay again if we could. ✌🏻❤️

This is a perfect place to stay while in Rome. Simple, modern, comfortable. And walking distance to many of the famous sites, and to very good restaurants and cafes. Emanuela was a very helpful host with information about places to eat and see the local areas of interest. And she even set up a very convenient and reasonable car ride to and from the airport.

A good place, well located and with excellent attention.

It's a Roman road, so the location is just 10 minutes away from the station. The room was bigger than I thought, so it was not uncomfortable to live with 24 inches of carriers. There was a separate toilet in the room and one outside. The sound of the bathroom vents is so loud but you can just turn it off. The breakfast was simple but it was so good to start the day and the staff were friendly and the lift in the building made it comfortable. There are two places in the bakery that are three or four minutes away from the house. Pasticceria Panificio Panella Roma Anyway, it's spacious, clean and has a host, so it feels safer and it's worth staying the next time you visit Rome! Good hostel.

The location was good and the room was clean. It was a pity that the breakfast was gone after the start time, and the ingredients were much less. The room was clean and easy to use. I was worried that the Wi-Fi connection would occasionally break. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Very nice apartment, with breathtaking views of St Pierre. Iole is very welcoming and attentive. Building well located, next to a small train station and a bus stop. 10 min from St Pierre. To visit the historic center, you still have to walk a good half hour or take bus 64, which also reaches Termini Station.

I was at Iole’s for 4 days and was amazing. Near to Vatican (12 minutes waking), and close to Bus Stop to Rome Center (Colisseum, etc.). Communication was excellent, she always respond to all my doubts!

Perfect location a ten minute walk from the Pantheon and a beautiful, comfortable flat. Nice extra touches such as the espresso machine and Bluetooth speakers. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond to messages.

Great spot in Rome in such an interesting neighborhood. Check in was easy however it was an associate of the host and not the host itself. I have recently found this to be common practice in Europe however so I was not completely surprised. The space was elegant and cool and was a great spot to return to after a long day of sight seeing. The Jewish Ghetto is a very cool spot in the city with some great local food.

Denia's place was beautiful and in a great location. When we arrived, we met with Antonio who gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was. The first day was great, the second day an alarm in the next building had been going off all day, every 2 minutes, from about 9am until at least 7:30 pm. I feel bad because I kept messaging Denia and Antonio about it, but it wouldn't stop and I was trying to get work done. They tried their best to respond to it, but unfortunately we were only able to stay one night because we had to be up early the next day and ended up staying with a few friends. Besides that incident, the house was beautiful, clean, and it was super easy to get in touch with both Denia and Antonio.

Everything was absolutely OK. Flat was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay there. We could walk to the city centre, 10-15 min from Colosseum or Termini station. Patrizio is very helpful, he even helped me with my personal thing. I would recommend!

A great, stylish place right next to the metro station, easy to reach from Fiumicino airport. Maura is a great host who will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome!

Would stay again. We were very happy with fact that Maura was able to accommodate us at very short notice after our flight home got cancelled (And for a cheaper price). Staying here for our extra day was great as it’s close to Roma Termini and the metro is right outside so it’s very easy to get around the city. The apartment itself was easy to find and we were able to check in early thanks to Stefani. The whole place was very clean and looked just as beautiful as the pictures made it out to be. Some food had been prepared for us for breakfast but we were also able to help ourselves to a variety of other things which was nice. After checking out we were able to leave our luggage and come back later to collect it and return the keys. I definitely recommend booking. My only criticisms would be that the shower was quite difficult to set to a comfortable temperature and the noise from other guests was quite noticeable but there’s not much you can do about that. They could probably hear us too so you’ve just got to be courteous.

Very good stay at Rocco :) Practical accommodation in a great location, ten minutes on foot from the train station but also from the Colosseum, very practical for visiting Rome on foot (metro / bus stop also quite close). Rocco is also very available and provides travelers with everything they need! I recommend :)

Rocco was such a great host, his room is wonderful, it’s close to all the main attraction! He is super nice and he gives you the feeling that he really cares about you and your stay in Rome! The room is clean, the bathroom big and pretty and there is even a little kitchen in the room. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation! I think it could not have been any better! If we ever come back to Rome, we’ll for sure stay here!

This clean, nicely decorated room is ideally placed for exploring Rome and was a comfortable place to rest our heads. Lots of thoughtful little touches and RT coco is very responsive to messages and questions.

This was by far our best Airbnb in Italy. The apartment is super clean, well organized and decorated. The neighborhood is quiet with a 24h/7 supermarket 5mins walk and several bus lines a few minutes walk too. Communication with Giulia was very easy. We will stay here again if we come back to Rome!

I highly recommend this studio apartment in the center (Campo dei Fiori) for couples or even single. Elegant, clean and silent. The owner was very helpful and punctual in the answers. From the apartment you can easily reach Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican in a few minutes. I will definitely be back!

This was a spacious and stylish space. It was everything we needed for our stay in Rome and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to stay in contact with! We had an automatic check in with keypads and keys in a lockbox which made it easy for when we wanted to check in after having a late night out. The shower was a good size, which isn’t the case everywhere! Definitely got our steps in walking to places from here but it was overall a very nice stay!

Great apartment in Monti on a quiet street, but still close to all the action. We walked a lot and used the nearby Metro and bus stops to get around wherever we needed. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed, and was perfect for a relaxed trip exploring Rome for our second time!

Perfect location, 5 minutes on foot from the Vatican, also 5 to 8 minutes from San Pietro Train Station, with a grocery and grocery store nearby. I really liked that it was practically a separate little house with a terrace surrounded by green plants. I'd love to stay here again.

It was good. I just finished my trip to Rome. It was close to the Vatican City, so it was good. It's not a dark road, but I think I should be careful at night.

Lorenzo was a great host and was really helpful and responsive. As other reviews mention - there are quite a few stairs to conquer, which takes energy if you have heavy cases. The place has everything you need though and is in a great spot for visiting the Vatican. There's a bus stop nearby for getting to everything else. All in all a good stay and would recommend!

Claudia provided outstanding hospitality, thoughtful touches and quick responses to any questions we had. The room is perfect for a couple, the bed is incredibly comfy and is a full king mattress (not two singles pushed together like many other airbnbs). Although the WC is quite a snug fit for my partner who is 6'4" and very broad shoulders - we had a good laugh over this but should be fine for most. The location is also perfect, about a 10 min walk to the partheon, and 15mins to the colloseum and forum. The road is also very quiet at night considering how central it is. We were only here for a weekend and didnt get to do all things we wanted. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend for anyone else considering a place to stay in Rome :)

Claudia's place was clean and well located for us. We were walkers throughout our time in Rome and were able to walk to all sites, shops and restaurants we wanted to from Claudia's. We had some difficulty finding the door for check in , but Claudia responded quickly and and was able to patiently guide us in the correct direction. She left good personal tips for sites and restaurants, as well as various guide books to assist. The apartment was well stocked with snacks and homemade liqueur to indulge upon. We had some difficulty with the hot water our first night, but later realized we just didn't have the heater on long enough before trying, as the water was just fine for the remainder of our stay. Claudia was extremely helpful throughout our stay, going so far as to book us a cab for our early morning flight on the day of our checkout. Would recommend!

I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was the best I have ever booked! Claudia and her daughter were SO helpful and kind. Everything was sparkling clean and well prepared. They even had little snacks and kept our luggage for us after check out so we could keep exploring! The apartment is well situated in a safe neighborhood and very charming. Franco's place is easy to access as its right next to Pigneto station! The trains come often enough and the surrounding area is filled with restaurants, places to hang out and a grocery! Great stay for us even though it was short, makes me wish we stayed longer to optimize the great location and space Franco has!

The Apartment is only 5 minutes left by walk from the termini station. The check in was pretty easy and the room was very clean like expected from the discription. You can reach all sights by walk in between 20-45 Minutes so we didn't used the metro at all! An broken toilet seat were getting fixed by the owner after our arrival. I highly recommend this place and I would book again! Thank you Tersia!

We only stayed one day in Rome. The location is incredibly easy for traveling by train. We walked to everything. Simple check-in, fast responses, free coffee voucher. Would repeat our stay!

Andrea was very kind,gentleman host. Helped with good tips about location,food. Room was big enough for me. I was alone. So it is quite well for 2 people. Bathroom was shared (there were 3 more people in other rooms) but everyones leave at early morning and comes back late night so there was no waiting for anyone. Breakfast is provided which is very good idea. Location was good near to metro and only 2 station away from Termini. İt was centered area and very safe. I was alone but ı felt safe. I would recommend this place to stay if you wanna save money and stay near center area

Andrea is a spectacular host. He was always attentive to my arrival, he showed me how to get there and he was waiting for me in the corner to help me with my luggage. He gave me very useful directions on the places I could know and how to tour the city. The place has three single rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is spacious, clean, with TV. It is very well located, one block from the subway, in a very good area, with many means of transport, places to buy food. The stay includes breakfast, tea and masitas were always available. I left the room late to be able to retire later. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much Andrea!

This place is great. Literally a stones throw to the Colosseum, and the metro line there. Plenty of places to eat near by. There is a team that handles all communications for the place and they are very responsive. They helped with getting transfers too and from the airport, and anything else we needed. Also to note, there are two units in this place with a shared kitchen but the unit you stay in is completely private with its own bathroom and everything

We had a great time in Rome. The BnB is in a great location! From there everything is very easy to reach on foot. Also nearby is a subway station and trams. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and modern. The communication was great, there was an extra WhatsApp group and I always got an answer immediately. There are two small cafés right next to the apartment, which offer coffee, drinks, pastries and sandwiches. There is also a supermarket nearby, as well as an ice cream parlor and a beer bar. We can only recommend it :-)

Maria is a great host, responsive and friendly! The apartment is lovely, stylishly decorated, very clean, with a great shower - and very importantly, with a comfy bed :) We appreciated being able to use the kitchen (which was immaculate) for tea/coffees, and Maria kindly let us leave our bags for a while after checkout, which was really useful. The location is very close to the Colosseum and just up the road from the Colosseo metro. We only stayed a couple of nights, but hope to return and stay again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maria’s place!! It was absolutely beautiful inside and the bed was super comfy. Very easy walk to most places including the train station. The only issue we had was that after a 10 minute shower, the water became cold. Not a fault of the owner at all, but definitely worth mentioning so that you can plan showers :) Thank you Maria, for an amazing stay!

Perfect for two people!

We lived with Claudio from November 25 to 28. The apartment is very clean and comfortable! Excellent value for money. Heating appliances in working condition (in two other hotels there were problems with this). The metro station is a 3 min walk, but we got on foot to the sights: 35 minutes to the Coliseum. We are glad to recommend this apartment to anyone who is going to Rome !! Thanks a lot to Claudio !!
