Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Hey dear guests, The apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is a five-minute walk and the city is also within a five- walk away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the area is quite quiet, and you can easily retreat. It is located directly on the main road, Wilhelmstraße, and just 2 km from Tübingen city center. This can be reached on foot or comfortably by bus. A stop is right outside the front door. Access to the apartment is barrier-free. Children are welcome!

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
