Very well equipped, it will be the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends. The village is 2 km away, you can access it by bike. A real place of happiness to be able to unwind.

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
