The accommodation is meant to host 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and its sleeping area on the mezzanine. At your disposal, you will have a fully-equipped kitchen, a conservatory, a shower room and 2 separate toilets. Outside, take advantage of a 25m2 patio extended by a 40m2 enclosed garden outside of which lie 2 private parking spaces, facing a dead end, away from prying eyes.

Enjoy this old farm renovated into a bright, warm and comfortable house, with free parking right in the center, 1min walk from the port, market, shops, restaurants and La Grève. Entrance by artist's bay, terrace and private garden, not overlooked and quiet, 4km from the beaches of Ronce les Bains and the Wild Coast (Côte Sauvage). Characterful house, with a 1900 part set in a remarkable garden. The accommodation, adjoining our main residence is completely independent. Enjoy a peaceful holiday in this fisherman's cottage, completely renovated in 2022, in the heart of Saint Georges de Didonne. The privileged location in a cul-de-sac guarantees absolute peace and quiet, while being just a stone's throw from the shops and only 6 minutes' walk from the beach. You can do everything on foot. The flat has a magnificent 3.5 m high ceiling with a large living room of around 22m2, 1 bedroom of 9m2 and a well equiped kitchen.
