Relax at this home in a quiet neighborhood that's perfect for a relaxing vacation. Close to large lively beach (night market, children's club, windsurfing etc.) and the city center with its entertainment, concerts etc. Super U at 2mn. South facing private train, total shade electric blinds. 2 bedrooms: 140x190 bed, 160x200 bed and 200x200 sofa bed (living room). All household linen is provided: bed sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels , cleaning products.

Located 25 meters from the Grande Conche de Royan, very pleasant and bright family home recently renovated facing South-West. The beach is accessible by a small pedestrian path in front of the house. Beautiful sea views are available from the terrace, the large living/dining room or from the kitchen. The night area is on the same level and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.
