NON-smoking studio, quiet, located in the SYLVIANA residence by the sea and downtown. Weekly booking in summer. A private parking space. A common closed bike room. You just have to cross the road to reach the large beach of Saint Georges: water sports center, restaurants, shop, Mickey Club, bike path. Royan 5 minutes by car. 15 minutes by bike. Meschers. Talmont. Mornac Studio 20 m2 (partially renovated). Cleaning is your responsibility, I do the floor washing.

It is located in an extremely quiet residential area, without traffic and is located 5 minutes from the city center, 2 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the ring road to access Royan and all its surroundings. You will have 2 private parking spaces and a fairly large garden. 3 very cozy bedrooms upstairs for a total area of 80 m2. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.
