A little slice of paradise located in the heart of the city centre, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!

Quiet, NON-smoking studio, located in the SYLVIANA apartment complex by the sea and in the city centre. Weekly booking in summer. Private parking space. Locked shared bike room. You just have to cross the road to reach the large Saint Georges beach: water sports centre, restaurants, shop, Mickey Club, cycle path. Royan is 5 minutes away by car. 15 minutes by bike. Meschers .Talmont .Mornac Studio 20m2 (partially renovated). You are responsible for cleaning, I will take care of washing the floors.

I offer this independent 2-room apartment, on the ground floor of the house, comprising 1 bedroom with double bed (140), 1 sofa bed (Bultex mattress) in the living room The apartment is fully equipped, TV, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine... ideally located between the city center (200 m), Saint Georges de Didonne beach (500 m) and 800 m from Royan beach. You also have access to a private flowered terrace with barbecue. Our animal friends are welcome :)

Apartment located on the second floor of a small residence. It benefits from a prime location, as it is located 300 m from La Grande Conche beach. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2023 and all its amenities are new. The main bed is located on the mezzanine, and the second bed is in the living room. The balcony is particularly nice. You will have a dedicated parking space within the residence (suitable for a car-type vehicle).
