This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. We welcome you to our house located a 15-minute walk from the Le Mans Circuit and its museum, 25 minutes by bus from downtown Le Mans, and 5 minutes from the exhibition center, Salle de l'Oasis. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. Possibility to charge your vehicle on 3KW wallbox (additional charge) Spoken languages: French, English.

Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. It will consist of bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, yogurt, dried fruit, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee or chocolate, ham, egg, rillettes and cheeses

Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.
