La Terrasse du Loir gîte, 3 km from the Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

On our property, we offer you a self-contained 40 m² chalet, located in Etival-les-le Mans. It is ideally located 3 minutes from the A11 motorway exit, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the famous 24 Hours circuit. Nestled in the heart of a green setting, this accommodation is ideal for a business trip or for a moment in the countryside (Hiking). To enhance your stay, don't hesitate to take advantage of the outdoors and amenities (swing, boat, outdoor kitchen, etc.).

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

We welcome you to Spay in a completely renovated independent studio, ideally located in the quiet countryside, while being close to the city and all amenities. We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center. You can discover Le Mans and its region but also rest in the quiet of our garden in the middle of the fields.
