La maison dispose d'un vaste séjour, d'un salon et d'une cuisine équipée. Au rez de chaussé, une chambre+sdb (douche italienne). A l'étage 3 chambres desservies par une grande mezzanine fermée, une sdb (baignoire). Grande terrasse avec salon de jardin +transats. Jardin clos, arboré et balançoire.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
