The Dock House

The house on the quay, a small house near the Pointe du Béchet, is ideally located in the village of Saint-Jacut: 5 minutes' walk to the Grande Rue, 5 minutes' walk to the beaches of Béchet and Haas. This 45 m2 refurbished and very well-equipped studio will delight you with its "cozy" atmosphere and small garden, in a quiet area. The space is completely open and the beds are on the mezzanine. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
