The "Vélomaritime" is 4km away Beautiful living space for travellers, comfortable: bedroom + bathroom (shower + bathtub) + separate toilet + kitchenette for breakfast, towels, sheets provided. The garden will contribute to the success of your stay by guaranteeing you beautiful summer evenings (garden table, barbecue and brazier available). Very close to Ruet beach (5-minute walk) and Vauvert (15-minute walk). An accessible shower in the laundry room for beach returns without dirtying the house and outdoor faucet. House also very pleasant and warm in winter with its stove and wood.

Character house, located in the village, a two-minute walk to the beach. Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.

A two-story building features a combination of light-colored walls and sloped roofs. Large windows are positioned on the upper floor, offering natural light. A neatly trimmed hedge runs along the front, providing privacy, while a gravel path leads to the entrance.

This 45 m2 refurbished and very well-equipped studio will delight you with its "cozy" atmosphere and small garden, in a quiet area. The space is completely open and the beds are on the mezzanine. It has a south/west facing terrace and a large fenced garden.
