A 700 mètres de la mer, sur la presqu’île de Saint-Jacut de la mer, bourg à 2 km, venez vous relaxer, au calme, dans cette belle maison tout confort. Capacité: 8 personnes (+ 1 lit parapluie bébé). La maison dispose d'un vaste séjour, d'un salon et d'une cuisine équipée. Au rez de chaussé, une chambre+sdb (douche italienne). A l'étage 3 chambres desservies par une grande mezzanine fermée, une sdb (baignoire). Grande terrasse avec salon de jardin +transats. Jardin clos, arboré et balançoire.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.
