This large vacation home is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. Completely renovated in 2024. Carefully decorated, every detail has been thought of to offer comfort and well-being, creating a peaceful atmosphere bathed in light. Ideally located, the large sandy beach of Saint-Lunaire is within walking distance (700 m). The village center and its shops are just a 5-minute walk away (bakery, restaurants...). Free parking spaces in front of the house.

A well-maintained, private heated swimming pool is enclosed by a retractable cover. The pool area features wooden decking surrounding the water, which reflects clarity. Lush greenery is visible outside through the transparent walls, creating a serene atmosphere.

A haven of peace in St-Briac, between sea and countryside

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Small house close to the beaches

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

Close to shops, tennis and the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Terrace facing south, not overlooked. The house is ideal for 7 adult beds, as the 8th bed is a crib (70*160). A person 1.60 m tall will sleep very well there :) Possibility to unfold the living room sofa for 2 additional beds if needed. Linens and towels are to be provided. My housekeeper can provide them for an extra charge

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
