Pretty cottage (3-star label) in the heart of Saint Malo; located in a Paramé neighborhood, close to shops, 20 minutes walk to the train station, and the beach. Very well equipped, this house of 48 m2, composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, very bright, thanks to a large glass window overlooking a pretty enclosed garden just for you, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet. 2 entrances: 1 street side by a staircase and 1 garden side.

Very cozy cottage near the sea

Fisherman's house style built in local stones. The Blue House, as it's called, is entirely for you, peaceful, fully equipped. In a village "classified "+ beautiful village of France", shops and tourist office 50 m away. At the port, beaches, creperie, glacier, small outdoor restaurants with their terrace facing the sea! Typical Breton village, with historical visits to its monuments and traditions, Saint-Suliac is close to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale and Dinan.
